Ahead of the launch of the 2017 Honda City facelift, leaked details of variants, features and specs reveal two engine options.
The 2017 Honda City facelift is set to launch on February 14, 2017, and bookings for the sedan began earlier this month. Ahead of its launch, the facelifted City's variants, features and specs have been leaked.
As per the leaked brochure revealed by Team BHP, the City facelift will receive LED DRLs as standard fitment across variants, while it VX and ZX variants will be equipped with full LED headlamps, LED fog lamps, 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels and electric sunroof.
The ZX variant of the new Honda City is making a comeback and will receive LED tail lamps, boot lid-mounted spoiler integrated with LED stop lamp, and rear license plate LED lamps.
The facelifted Honda City's list of colour options will include White Orchid Pearl, Carnelian Red Pearl, Modern Steel Metallic, Golden Brown Metallic, and Alabaster Silver Metallic.
As for the interiors, the 2017 Honda City will come with fabric upholstery for seats, armrests, and door lining inserts. The fabric upholstery theme will also include the steering wheel, gear knob, and door armrest.
The new Honda City's infotainment system in the V, VX and ZX variants will come with a new 7-inch touchscreen system with turn-by-turn navigation, 1.5 GB media memory, MirrorLink smartphone connectivity, WiFi USB receiver support, voice recognition, HDMI-in port and microSD card slots and a rear-view camera.
All variants except for the entry-level S variant will receive power folding ORVMs, manual driver seat height adjuster, cruise control, automatic climate control with touchscreen panel and rear AC vents.
Honda has equipped the entire range of the new City with dual airbags, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX compatibility on the rear seats. The top-of-the-line ZX variant will additionally get front side and side curtain airbags.
