Mandi: Congress vice-president Rahuk Gandhi and chief minister Virbhadra Singh slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Vikas Se Vijay Ki Aur rally in Mandi. While Gandhi drew a paralell between development in Gujarat and Himachal and Virbhadra Singh urged Modi to learn humility from Nehru, Indira, Lal Bahadur Shastri and Rajeev Gandhi.

During his rally in Bilaspur on October 3, Modi said the entire Congress party, including Virbhadra, Sonia and Rahul are on bail. In response, Rahul Gandhi and Virbhadra Singh attacked him on various issues, including GST and demonetisation.
