The trailer of the Kangana Ranaut film Simran is out and it promises a joyride with its share of mysteries.
Kangana Ranaut is back to entertain her audiences with yet another solo outing. The trailer of Simran was unveiled a little while ago and it has Kangana doing what she does best: portraying herself on screen.
The mannerisms and quirk that Kangana made all of us fall in love with, in 2013's Queen, all make a comeback in the trailer of Simran.
Simran, a Gujarati woman in New York, tells a prospective boyfriend that she is 'addicted to gambling and stealing'. Director Hansal Mehta and Kangana take us through the various phases of Simran's story, from scoring a luxury house under 'minority housing' to flirting with firangi men with cheesy one-liners.
The film has been embroiled in several controversies, from writer Apurv Asrani claiming that Kangana hijacked his project to allegations of Kangana having taken over the edit table of Simran, the last few months have been bumpy for the film.
However, the trailer promises a joyride, with its share of mysteries, and is reminiscent of Kangana's Rajouri character Rajjo in Queen.
