1. Include more veggies in your diet. Experts at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health have found that adding food items like soy, barley, brown rice and oats in regular diet may keep the risk of early menopause at bay.

2. Vitamin D is crucial for bone health and may also keep early menopause at bay. A team of researchers from University of Massachusetts Amherst had established this link previously.

4. It is important to maintain your blood sugar and pressure levels and monitor your alcohol intake. Avoid smoking and excessive processed food consumption. Keep a watch on your bone strength, exercise regularly, keep stress at bay and get enough sleep.
