The video, taken on the outskirts of Chennai, gives a demo of the much-awaited bike from Royal Enfield
The anticipation for Royal Enfield's 750cc bike has been increasing by the day. Meanwhile, a YouTube video has emerged online showing a Bajaj Dominar trying to outrun a 750cc Royal Enfield Interceptor.
The Royal Enfield Interceptor 750cc, when launched will be the fastest and most powerful motorcycle from the company. It is visibly much more than a match to the high-speed Dominar as visible in the video.
The video which was uploaded on YouTube last week has already garnered over two lakh views. About ten minutes long, the video reveals certain external details about the Royal Enfield's new model.
The bike looks identical to the company’s Continental GT model. In the matters of speed, which has never been a strong point of Royal Enfield bikes, the new model is an exception. It is pretty evident in the video that the model is able to match up with the Dominar, a sports tourer.
Expected to churn out 50 bhp and 60 Nm of peak torque, the bike reportedly has a 270-degree crankshaft. It is rumoured to have a 17-inch rim with a 120-section tyre and a 160-section tyre at the rear along with ABS discs on both wheels.
